Established in 1968, The Old Westbury College Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to assisting SUNY College at Old Westbury in becoming the flagship arts and sciences college in the state system. Directed by a board of distinguished business, civic and academic leaders, the Foundation solicits gifts, grants and endowments that enhance the educational, research and community service mission of the College.  

Funds raised through foundation-managed events, solicitations, and real estate dealings help bridge the gap between tuition and operating expenses at SUNY College at Old Westbury, and ensure that Old Westbury students have the best educational experience possible.

The Old Westbury College Foundation’s mission is to provide resources, develop relationships, create additional awareness and offer guidance when appropriate to ensure continuous progress in the development of the College’s academic programs, student life, and community relations.

The Foundation will provide resources to enhance the College’s ability to sustain and expand its position as a community innovator and leader.
